The Counselling Unit of the University provides both emotional and psychological services for the enhancement of the welfare of students and staff in line with the University mission.
The Counselling Centre is located at the First Floor of the University Bookshop Building and directly opposite the Post Office. Counselling services have been extended to the following designated locations:
- Faculty of Education Counselling Clinic beside office of HOD, Educational Foundation (Guidance and Counselling) on Mondays to Fridays at 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
- St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
- Chapel of Christ Our Light (Upper Room) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
- Unilag Mosque (Block 2 Room 4) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
- Counselling Centre, first floor, Bookshop building on Mondays 鈥揊ridays from 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
- CMUL Counselling Centre on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
